Returns Policy

At Aspect, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and the overall Aspect Skincare experience.

If you are wanting to return a product you have purchased through our Aspect Skincare website, please see our Returns Policy below which offers benefits in addition to other rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

‘Please note that in order to process your return, you may be asked to provide us with verifiable proof of purchase. In certain circumstances, in accordance with Aspect Skincare’s Privacy Policy, your personal information may be requested and stored to assist with our loss prevention processes.

    CHANGE OF MIND

    If you have changed your mind – that’s okay!

    If the product/s are unopened and the packaging is undamaged, you may return the Aspect Skincare product/s for full refund of the product purchase price minus freight and payment processing fees.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept change of mind returns that we reasonably believe have been opened or were purchased at a discount (on sale).

    Free gifts and/or product samples are not eligible for Change of Mind returns.

    Please note: You are responsible for the return postage costs and assume any risk of loss, theft or damage of the products during their transit back to Aspect Skincare.

    You will receive confirmation on whether your return is approved with 2-3 working days of receipt by Aspect Skincare and a refund will be provided to you via the same method of payment.

    FAULTY PRODUCT

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    If you believe your product is unsafe, has problem with it that would have stopped you buying the product had you known about it, is significantly different from its description and/or didn’t do what we said it would do, you are entitled to choose replacement or refund.

    Please note that Aspect Skincare reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund or replacement if the problem has arisen because the product was misused.

    Depending on the nature of your concern, we may choose to provide you with pre-paid packaging to allow the product to be returned to us for assessment. Upon completion of the assessment, you will receive a confirmation on whether your return is approved. This will occur within a reasonable timeframe. If the product concerns are validated following assessment, a refund will be provided to you via the same method of payment, or, if you prefer, a replacement product can be provided.

    AUTHORISED STOCKIST- RETURNS

    Aspect Skincare products are available for purchase at many registered stockists. Unfortunately, the Aspect Skincare Change of Mind Returns Policy does not apply to these purchases. Our stockists are equipped to help you and will have their own returns policy and will be able to guide you accordingly for Change of Mind requests.
